Shipping Methods

*EMS premium
EMS premium is a delivery service which KOREA POST(office of Postal Service) and the global express corporation UPS provide together with fast and precise delivery.

An international postal service which brings letters, documents and parcels to their destinations abroad the fastest and safest through a special agreement between the Ministry of Information and Communication and the postal services of other countries.

*Parcel Post(Air)
It is an international parcel for cargos sending abroad. Delivery takes about 15 to 30 days from the day when payment is confirmed.

*Registered Small Packet(Air)
It is available for small and light items. Despite the same size standards with Parcel Post, conditions are limited. It takes more delivery time: about 20 to 40 business days from the day when payment is confirmed. It has a tracking number.

K-PACKET as the middle shipping method between EMS and international registered mail.

Return: Exchange

For international delivery, Returning/Exchanging is not possible unless the received item is defective or wrongly delivered

In case of defect or wrong delivery
Please contact our customer service center
with following photos

Photo of the item you received
Photo of the bar code labels attached on the box
(attached label has order number, ID and name of item)
Photo of Tracking number

Return: Unknown reason

If your package is returned to us for unknown reason, shipping cost to final destination (1st shipping cost) and for the returning (2nd shipping cost) will be deducted from your payment of order and rest of payment will be refunded
(Return cost - Small Packet $2.5/ Parcel $10 - $50/ EMS N/A)

After receiving your package returned, it will be kept in stock for a week, waiting for your answer whether you want to get it again or not.

In case of getting back again, you should pay for shipping again and for the returning fee

In case of not we deduct all shipping fees to you and to us and make refund for the rest price, Please refer to below table.


Return: Defect

We are not responsible for any damages made during delivery process (little, stain, scratch, torn down etc.)
But it is revealed that damage was made before shipping, we will take proper measure for the issue.

We do not accept your return caused by change of your mind after shipment starts.
Contact us via 1:1 service once you find some defect or damage on the item and malfunctioning either.

Please check the defect carefully. If returned item has no problem submitted by you, refund or exchanging would not be possible.

We accept your item returned within 14 days after receiving it.
